Minimum Education & Experience
- Qualification: Bachelors degree (14 years of education) in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of overall experience, including:
- Senior level role in the execution of at least one mass transit mega project worth PKR 25 billion or more.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the development of mass transit projects.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Director (Operations Wing) will:
- Supervise the overall project execution from planning to delivery.
- Lead and coordinate with teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure that project objectives are achieved within set timelines and budgets.
- Oversee operational planning, implementation, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Report on project progress, address risks, and ensure quality outcomes aligned with government guidelines.
